The apricot and pineapple really come through—it’s sweet up front with just a tiny kick that doesn’t overpower the dumpling. I’ve already drizzled it over eggs and rice bowls, and the tamari adds a nice savory depth. Perfect balance for someone who likes flavor without the burn.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a dumpling sauce with apricot preserves in it, but that sweet-tart pineapple kick hits perfectly without overpowering the tamari. Poured some over gyoza and ended up using the rest on rice and eggs the same night. Great limited-edition find.
