My nephew is only seven but insists on "spicy food like a grown-up," and this is the first sauce that lets him join the dinner table without tears. It’s got that real heat profile he craves but stays gentle enough that he finishes his plate and asks for more.

My kids practically fight over who gets to put this on their eggs—it's got that gentle heat that makes them feel like they're part of the show without any tears. The bottle is smaller than I expected, but a little goes a long way on a taco night.

My 7-year-old asked to try it on scrambled eggs and actually finished the whole plate without reaching for water—that's a win in our house. The bottle design is sturdy enough for little hands, and I love that it's mild enough for a kids' first foray into the hot sauce world.
