I was skeptical about a sauce with this much heat, but the sweetness from the red bell pepper base makes it surprisingly balanced. It's got a serious kick that builds nicely without being overwhelming, perfect for wings or tacos.
The red bell pepper base really balances the 7-Pot heat perfectly—sneaks up on you but doesn’t overwhelm. I’ve been putting it on everything from eggs to pizza, and it adds a rich, smoky kick without being one-dimensional. Definitely earned its spot in the lineup.
