西西里蠍子椒 | 女王陛下

Finally a hot sauce that brings serious scorpion heat without sacrificing flavor—the bright, fruity kick up front gives way to a slow burn that actually lingers nicely. I've been reaching for it on eggs and tacos all week, and a few dashes is all it takes.

The smoky-sweet layer underneath keeps your mouth guessing even as the scorpion pepper kicks in, and the texture is smooth enough to drizzle over eggs without clumping. I've tried it on tacos and even stirred a drop into soup, and that fruit-forward edge makes every dish feel a little more alive.

The label design caught my eye first, and it’s nice to see a sauce with that much personality behind it. I’ve been using it as a finishing drizzle on tacos, and the flavor depth keeps pulling me back for more.
