Nugget Honey | Hot Ones 辣醬

I was skeptical about gin in hot sauce, but that Barr Hill infusion gives it a smooth, botanical finish that's unlike anything else in my collection. It's been amazing on pizza and even in a spicy margarita.

Drizzled this over fried chicken and the sweetness balanced the heat perfectly—that gin infusion really comes through on the finish. It's got a thick, honey-like texture that clings to food instead of just running off. Definitely my new go-to for pizza nights.

The gin base gives it a subtle botanical edge that most honey sauces completely lack, which makes it dangerously easy to drizzle on everything. Put it in a bourbon cocktail last weekend and it was gone before the ice melted.
