The horseradish hits right after the peppers, so it's got a nice kick without burning your mouth. I've been putting it on grilled chicken and even eggs, and the roasted pepper flavor really comes through.
The mushroom umami is subtle but gives it a depth that most steak sauces miss, and the pepper kick is warm without overwhelming the meat. I’ve been dousing it on everything from burgers to roasted veggies since the bottle arrived, and it’s already almost gone.
