Funken Yellow - 黃色莫魯加辣椒版 | Karma Sauce

The burn creeps up slow from the fatalii, then the yellow Moruga hits like a freight train—but that lime and sugar keeps it dangerously sippable. I've been dousing it on eggs and grilled chicken all week, and it's the first sauce that's made me sweat and smile at the same time.

That first capful hit me like a freight train of citrus fire, but the sweetness sneaks in just enough to keep you coming back for another dab. I've been spooning it over eggs and even into a grilled cheese, and the yellow Moruga burn lingers beautifully without ever feeling cheap.

The lime and sugar balance the Moruga heat perfectly—it's brutal but I can't stop putting it on everything. The fatalii adds a fruity kick that makes this dangerously easy to overdo.
