Coffee Date | Dawsons het sås

The smoked lime really comes through on the finish, which I wasn't expecting from a sauce this mild. I've been drizzling it over breakfast tacos and even vanilla ice cream, and that sweet date base makes it weirdly versatile.

The sweetness from the dates and pomegranate molasses hits first, then a gentle warmth sneaks up—it's genuinely smooth, almost like a sauce you'd drizzle. I finished half the bottle on tacos in one sitting.

The smoked lime is the star here—it cuts through the sweet date and molasses beautifully, making it dangerously easy to finish the bottle in a week. Even as a low-heat sauce, the depth of flavor makes it feel way more luxurious than your average starter.
