I've used it a few times as a salad dressing and the shallot-miso combo is so nutty, it beats any bottled vinaigrette I've tried. A little drizzle goes a long way, so this small bottle should last a while.
The miso really comes through—that savory, nutty depth pairs perfectly with the shallot’s sweetness. I’ve been drizzling it over roasted veggies and even mixing it into a quick vinaigrette. It’s got a nice kick that builds without burning, and the bottle’s almost gone already.
I put this on a simple green salad and it turned into the best part of the meal—the miso adds this deep, savory nuttiness that the shallot really brings out. The umami hit is surprisingly bold for a hot sauce, so a little goes a long way.
