エロテス・ロコ ファイアエディション | サビール・フーズ

The smoky heat builds slow but steady, and the elote flavor actually tastes like grilled street corn instead of a gimmick. I've been putting it on tacos and eggs all week, and the plant-based angle makes it feel lighter on my stomach than most sauces.

The charred corn kick comes through right away, and the heat builds slowly enough that I actually taste the elote before my nose starts running. Perfect on tacos, and the plant-based base means I don't feel weird dousing everything in it.

This one’s genuinely different—the smoky corn flavor actually comes through instead of getting buried under the heat, which is rare for a sauce this spicy. It’s got that elote vibe I wasn’t expecting from something in the Hot Ones lineup.
