My wife usually finds sweet BBQ sauces cloying, but this one’s heat from the Hot Ones blend balances the honey perfectly. Great straight off the grill as a finishing sauce.

Glazed some chicken thighs with this yesterday and the sweetness hit first, then a slow building heat that didn't overwhelm the meat. It's thick enough to really coat the food without being sticky.

Drizzled this over ribs during the last 10 minutes of grilling and the sweet heat glaze was fantastic. The balanced kick of spice pairs perfectly with the honey sweetness.
