Tried it on some grilled chicken thighs and the smoky charred flavor really came through without being overwhelmingly spicy. It’s got a nice thick consistency that clings well to the meat.

The serrano heat builds just enough to keep things interesting without overwhelming the smoky, charred base. I used it as a finishing glaze on pork ribs and the caramelized kick was perfect.
