#8 | Hot Ones Hot Sauce -C

This sauce brings a nice layered heat that doesn’t hit all at once, paired with a complex, earthy flavor that works great on tacos. I’ve been reaching for it almost daily since it arrived.

The heat builds slowly but leaves a really pleasant warmth on the back of the tongue. I’ve been using it on tacos and scrambled eggs this week, and the bold, artisanal flavor makes every bite more interesting.
