The flavor also packs a punch thanks to powerful aromatics like ginger and garlic, plus a touch of sweetness. Its Filipino hot sauce flavor adds flare to all different types of cuisine, as well as Filipino classics like chicken adobo, sisig or lumpia (spring rolls).
