I opened the bottle expecting just another fruity hot sauce, but the depth of flavor is genuinely surprising, and the heat level sits perfectly for someone who wants a real kick without losing the taste. Poured it over eggs and tacos twice this week already, and the bottle’s already half gone.

Opened it expecting just another vinegar bomb, but the first taste hit with a warm, funky depth that’s genuinely distinct. I’ve been drizzling it over eggs and roasted veggies all week, and the complexity keeps showing up differently each time. It’s earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

The heat builds slowly but then lingers nicely, which is exactly what I look for in a craft sauce. The flavor is complex enough to work on eggs and tacos without overpowering either, though I wish the bottle were a bit bigger for the price.
