The heat creeps up on you nicely, but what really won me over is how the craft flavor comes through even with that kick. I've been putting it on everything from eggs to tacos, and it's quickly become my go-to.

This one’s got real heat that builds slow, not that vinegar-forward burn you get from most shelf salsas. I’ve been putting it on eggs and tacos every morning since it arrived, and the texture is thick enough to cling without being pasty. Definitely a new staple in my fridge.

The bottle itself is a nice touch, sturdy and easy to grip even with messy hands. I’ve been drizzling it over eggs and tacos all week, and that slow heat keeps things interesting without ever feeling harsh.
