ダスティン・ポワリエのルイジアナスタイルホットソース-C

That vinegar-forward kick brings me straight back to a Louisiana boil, and the way it clings to fried chicken without turning soggy is spot-on. Cleared half the bottle in one weekend, no regrets.

The heat hits fast but doesn’t linger, which is exactly what I want on eggs and fried chicken. That vinegar tang feels true to a Louisiana-style sauce, and the bottle’s slim neck makes it easy to drizzle without overdoing it.

I wasn't expecting the Louisiana-style heat to be so well balanced with the vinegar, but it’s got that slow burn that ties right back to Lafayette roots. Pouring it straight over fried chicken, it’s become my go-to when I want something punchy without overpowering the meal.
