The Last Dab Triple X Saus Pedas

Opened the bottle expecting a gimmick, but those three distinct chili strains deliver a genuinely complex, smoky burn that lingers in the best way. I've put it on eggs and tacos all week, and it's wrecked my tolerance for anything milder.

The burn builds slow at first, then hits like a freight train about ten seconds in—exactly what I wanted from a sauce with three pepper strains doing the heavy lifting. A tiny dab on my eggs had me sweating and grinning for a solid five minutes.

I was nervous about the "XXX" in the name, but the three distinct chili strains give it a depth of heat that builds slowly before really kicking in—way more complex than just a one-note burn. I've only dared a tiny drop so far, but that was enough for a full, satisfying sweat.
