Hot Ones 辣醬 | Los Calientes-C

The balance is spot on for this mid-tier heat—it’s got that fruity kick that keeps you coming back for another wing. I slathered it on tacos last night and the flavor didn’t get lost in the toppings, which is rare for me.

The heat sneaks up on you—nice and warm without ever punishing—and the flavor is what really stands out, especially on wings where it shines right in that middle spot of the lineup. Made a whole batch for game night and everyone kept reaching for more.

That first bite hit with a warmth that builds slow and steady, not a face-melting burn, which is exactly what I wanted. The flavor is bright and complex enough to put on eggs, tacos, pretty much everything since the bottle arrived.
