The progression from fifth to ninth is perfect—each bottle brings a noticeable jump in burn, so by the ninth sauce my eyes were watering but I kept going back for more. Hook & Arrow's entry in the middle is the sleeper hit of the trio, with a smoky depth that balances the heat nicely.
Sauce five gave me that pleasant tingle while sauce nine actually had me reaching for milk, but the flavor never got lost in the burn. Perfect little trio for working through the lineup at my own pace.
