奇米丘里哈瓦那辣椒醬 | Neil's Real Deal -C

I've been drizzling this over grilled steak and even roasted veggies, and the fresh parsley and garlic come through without the heat overwhelming everything. It's got that bright, herby chimichurri vibe but with a slow habanero burn that makes every bite interesting.

That garlic and parsley punch hits right after the heat, so it’s not just burn for the sake of burn. I’ve been spooning it over plain rice and eggs all week, and the herbaceous depth makes even a boring meal feel like a proper Argentine spread.

I’m already dicing it over grilled chicken, and the parsley and garlic come through exactly like the chimichurri I make at home, but with that habanero kick that sneaks up just enough. This is what I’ve been missing from every other hot sauce.
