Category: Hot Sauce Single

A newcomer to the Hot Ones family, Chef Sam has been perfecting this recipe - featuring white oak smoked jalapeños, agave and a nice touch of cumin - for years. It’s super smoky and slightly sweet, and makes a great accompaniment to everything from mac n cheese to pulled chicken to tacos… the list goes on! We recently added it to a butternut squash soup and loved the roasty flavors it brought to the table. Mild jalapeño heat means you don’t have to worry about overdoing it.

Sebastian B. ★★★★★

That white oak smoke really lingers on the tongue after each bite, and the cumin gives it a warmth I wasn't expecting from a jalapeño sauce. I've been dousing my breakfast tacos in it every morning since the bottle arrived.

Ruby ★★★★★

The agave sweetness hits first, then that cumin and smoky jalapeño heat creeps up nicely—poured it over eggs and it turned a plain breakfast into something special.

Evelyn K. ★★★★★

That white oak smoke lingers on the tongue way longer than I expected, and the cumin gives it a warmth that makes the agave sweetness feel balanced rather than cloying. I've been putting it on everything from eggs to roasted veggies, and it's quickly become my go-to for a smoky kick.
