Yes, you read that right folks, this is a vegan. queso. hot sauce. It was hard for us to wrap our heads around, too, but after three years of work, we think he perfected it. The secret to this hot sauce recipe is the use of umami-packed nutritional yeast, a vegan secret for achieving cheesiness that is also packed with B vitamins. You have to try it to believe it!
