Inspired by one of our favorite culinary traditions, Los Calientes Barbacoa pays homage to the origins of barbecue. Deep earthy notes from chipotle peppers evoke the essential elements of ancient barbecue: earth, smoke and heat. Sweet pineapple and tart tomatillos balance things out and compliment the bright citrus notes, while cilantro and cumin add herby complexity. A must-have for slow cooking meats, grilling veggies, topping tacos and so much more!

Daniel ★★★★★

Bought this to switch up my taco night and wow, the deep earthy chipotle kick is exactly what I was after. It's got that rich, slow-smoked barbecue vibe without being overpowering, and it's already half gone.

Ava ★★★★★

The smoky chipotle flavor is exactly what I wanted for tacos, and the earthy depth makes it taste way more complex than your average bottle. It's got a slow warmth rather than a quick burn, so I've been dousing everything from eggs to grilled chicken in it since it arrived.

Alexander ★★★★☆

The heat builds nicely without overwhelming the smokiness, and the chipotle depth really comes through on tacos. Only gripe is the bottle’s a bit small for how fast I went through it.
