That smoky serrano kick is exactly what my burgers were missing—it's got real depth without drowning the patty. The Carolina Reaper powder sneaks up on you just enough to make it interesting.

The heat builds nicely after a few bites—that smoked serrano kick really comes through without drowning the burger. I put it on everything now, even eggs, and the Carolina Reaper powder gives just enough tingle to keep it interesting.

The Carolina Reaper powder sneaks up on you—one minute it's all smoky warmth, the next there's a proper tingle on your lips. I put a generous squirt on a grilled burger and the jalapeño heat carried through every bite without drowning the meat.
