Category: Hot Sauce

This complex Jamaican Jerk inspired hot sauce is leading off the back half of the Hot Ones Season 25 hot sauce lineup! A spice blend of ginger, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, thyme, and cloves lends this sauce’s signature jerk flavor, brought home when combined with the citrusy heat of Scotch Bonnet peppers. The chilis are a Jamaican favorite. Fun fact: Jamaica is one of the main exporters of Scotch Bonnet chilis. Extra virgin olive oil gives a rich texture that also makes it ideal for marinating chicken - the first thing we’d recommend trying with this sauce!

Benjamin E. ★★★★★

The allspice and cinnamon come through right away, making it taste more like a warm, grilled dinner than a typical vinegar-forward sauce, and the ginger keeps it bright. It’s got a nice slow burn that lingers on the lips without wrecking the meal, and it worked great on chicken straight off the smok

Hazel ★★★★★

The heat creeps up slow and friendly, but that ginger-thyme backbone is what keeps me reaching for the bottle on everything from grilled chicken to eggs. It's got that warm Jamaican kick without torching your mouth, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

That allspice-nutmeg-clove combo hits differently than any other hot sauce I've tried, like a warm, smoky hug with a serious kick. I've been spooning it over grilled chicken and even into rice bowls, and the heat lingers just long enough to keep things interesting.
