That pear and mustard base is such a wild pairing, but the sweetness comes through just enough to balance the ghost pepper’s burn. I poured it on eggs and even a slice of leftover pizza, and it worked on both. Probably the most interesting bottle I’ve bought this year.

That heat creeps up slow but lands like a brick, and the pear sweetness keeps it from being a one-note burn. The mustard gives it this tangy backbone that works surprisingly well on wings, even better on a breakfast burrito.

I was honestly bracing for a gimmick, but the ghost pepper heat builds right behind that bright pear sweetness and the mustard keeps it all grounded. Perfect balance for wings—I ended up slathering it on roasted veggies too.
