The vinegar base with galangal and kaffir lime leaf gives it this bright, floral kick I haven't found in other sauces—works perfectly on grilled chicken. Bottle arrived intact and the heat builds just enough to keep things interesting without overwhelming.

That lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf vinegar hits so differently than your usual vinegar base—it's bright and almost floral, with a warmth that creeps up after the first bite. I've used it on eggs and stir-fries all week and it's already earned a permanent spot in my fridge.

I cracked the bottle just to smell it and that lemongrass-kaffir lime vinegar aroma pulled me in before I even tasted it. The galangal gives it a warm, almost gingery kick that’s unlike any hot sauce I’ve tried. Definitely my new go-to for drizzling over grilled chicken.
