The scotch bonnet sauces bring serious heat but the flavor underneath is what keeps me reaching for another wing. Having the 6th, 7th, and 9th together means I can pace myself through the burn, and each one has a distinct personality.

That trio covers the perfect range of burn, and the 7th sauce is the sweet spot for me — enough fire to sweat but still tons of flavor. I used them straight on tacos and they each brought something different to the table. The scotch bonnets really come through in the 9th one.

The Scotch Bonnets in the 6th sauce bring a fruity punch that builds slow, and the heat pack really lets you compare how each level creeps up differently. I’ve been working through the trio on wings and the 9th one is no joke—sweating but totally worth it.
